Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee events from conception through to completion
- Implement small scale events such as roundtables, workshops including timeline management, budgeting & expense management as well as administrative task (monitoring event registration, event fee and billing management, finance controlling and invoice management, event data analysis)
- Pre-event planning incl. writing of event announcements and marketing materials, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, creation of event pages, event promotion as well as post-event reporting and documentation
- Oversee logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation and audio-visual needs and manage on-site event staff and event coordination

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Event administrative and logistic tasks: support with all types of events preparation, execution and follow-up to achieve goals.
- Internal Events Data reporting: be responsible for events data admin and maintenance: events statistic collection, event data up to date in CRM, monthly/annual data Cockpit and data preparation for annual report and other documentation.
- Promotion of Weekly/Monthly Upcoming Events Overview: Create, design, and promote weekly/monthly upcoming events overview through various digital and social media channels (incl. monthly event newsletter and weekly events WeChat post).
