About us:
The Wirtschaftsjunioren | Young Leaders Beijing | 德国国际青年经济论坛 is a group of young managers and entrepreneurs of different industry backgrounds and nationalities with a long-term interest in China. We provide a networking and learning platform for young entrepreneurs and managers who are interested in developing their professional skills, expanding their network, broadening their personal knowledge and sharing their experiences.
The Beijing network is guided by and synchronized with the overarching Wirtschaftsjunioren Germany network with over 10.000 members, voluntarily engaging themselves in business-related and social projects: https://wjd.de. The Wirtschaftsjunioren are the German section of the Junior Chamber International (http://www.jci.cc).

Our projects:
Network members voluntarily contribute to the networks success by organizing events and providing platforms for exchange on relevant topics from economy, society and life in China.

How to join us?
As precondition for becoming a Young Leader, you should meet the following criteria:
- Age between 25 and 45 years
- Stay in China for more than one year
- Management responsibility
- Willingness to actively contribute to the network, e.g. event organization/support
